ABOUT THE ROLE

As our new Product Designer, you will be a fundamental part of conceptualizing and executing design solutions from start to finish. We are looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a passion for technology. In this position, you will work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, User Researchers, UX Writers, and engineering teams to ensure our designs are not only beautiful but also viable, accessible, and highly functional across diverse platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• E2E Product Design: Conceptualize and execute design solutions from the discovery phase to the final hand-off for web and mobile.
• Design System Management: Apply, maintain, and evolve our design system to ensure visual and technical consistency across all our products.
• Prototyping and Testing: Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and participate in usability testing sessions to continuously refine the experience.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work under agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), integrating research findings (UX Research) and ensuring seamless integration of copy (UX Writing).
• Handoff and Documentation: Prepare detailed technical files for development and ensure their faithful technical implementation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: More than 2 years of experience as a UI / Product Designer, with a solid portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual and interaction design skills.
• Technical Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Hard Skills: Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy. Proven experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Soft Skills: Excellent visual and verbal communication skills to present and defend your designs to the team and stakeholders.
• Nice to Have: Knowledge of user research methodologies and experience in interaction design and micro-animations.
