Product Designer (Hybrid)

About the Role We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer at Common Wealth, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to envision, design, and ship product features. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and usability testing, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience. What You'll Do Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and iterate on designs. Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve design solutions. Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all product interfaces. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of product design. What You Bring Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field. Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered design approach. Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points Experience designing financial products or services. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
