Product Designer

About the Role We're a small, fast-moving team working across both client-facing products and internal tools. You'll be our embedded designer, shaping work across both sides of the business, from client briefs through to the products we build and use ourselves. This role is for someone who is past needing constant direction. You take a fuzzy problem, run with it, and come back with something that's been thought through from the user's perspective and the business's. You're comfortable where design meets technology, and you can work effectively in both areas. Responsibilities: • Design products that meet the needs of our clients and internal teams, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements, • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and products, • Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions, • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design into product development. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process, • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, • Experience with user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing), • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
