Product Designer

We are looking for your talent to work as:

Product Designer - UX Designer:

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Product Designer
• Proven experience in digital product design.
• Experience working with Design Systems.
• Proficiency in usability principles and user-centered design.
• Experience in information architecture and interaction design.
• Experience conducting wireframes, prototypes, and interface evaluations.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research applied to digital products.
• Experience in visual design for digital interfaces.
• Knowledge of UX Writing and application of tone and voice in digital experiences.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify opportunities, and propose solutions oriented towards both the user and the business.
• Experience working autonomously on highly complex projects.
• Excellent communication, argumentation, and design proposal presentation skills.
• Ability to work with different teams and manage conversations with stakeholders.
• The profile should demonstrate a senior level in most of the following areas: (Design Systems, Visual Design, Information Architecture, Usability, Interface Evaluation, Qualitative and Quantitative Research, Interaction Design, UX Writing, User-Centered Design, Prototyping, Accessibility)

Portfolio / Book

It is essential to have an updated Book or portfolio, as it will be a fundamental part of the evaluation process.

The portfolio should showcase, in addition to the visual result, the design process and decision-making, including when possible:

• Understanding of the problem and context.
• User-Centered Design Process.
• Information Architecture and Hierarchy.
• Interaction Design.
• Wireframes and/or prototypes.
• Visual Proposal.
• Application of Design Systems.
• Accessibility and contrast considerations.
• Justification of design decisions.
• Storytelling and case communication.
• Attention to detail in typography, composition, alignment, and visual quality.

Important: For this position, the Book will be considered as evidence of the candidate's experience and technical level.

Work modality:

• Hybrid in Reforma, CDMX.
