At least 3 years of professional experience designing digital products; Deep understanding of the human-centered design process, as well as UX and visual design experience; Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Flinto, etc. Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English At Link Group we build tech teams for Fortune 500 companies and the hottest startups in the world. We run many different projects for which we are looking for experienced and talented individuals who can work independently as well as part of a team; Strong understanding of design principles, human-computer interaction, and user experience; Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business requirements; Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git; Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
