Product & Design Talent Acquisition Partner - Croatia

A global technology company in Madrid is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Product & Design. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent, designing effective hiring strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have strong recruiting experience in product and design roles and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Your main responsibilities will include: • Designing and implementing effective hiring strategies for product and design positions; • Attracting top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.); • Conducting interviews with candidates and making recommendations to hiring managers; • Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires; • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and interview results; • Collaborating with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in product and design roles; • Strong knowledge of the job market and industry trends; • Excellent communication and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
