As a Product Data Specialist (m/f/x), you will work independently and closely with your team. Specifically, this means:
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Produktstammdaten;
- Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Verwaltung korrekter und vollständiger Produktinformationen in allen relevanten Systemen (AP+/ProFile/PIM etc.).
- Prüfung und Freigabe; erarbeiten von Standardvorgaben zur Prüfung der Stammdaten und überwachen des Freigabeprozesses.
- Prozessunterstützung und -optimierung; Unterstützung von Produktneuanlagen und -änderungen sowie Optimierung der Stammdatenprozesse. Leitung von Stammdatenprojekten Bereichsübergreifend.
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität; Überprüfung und Korrektur von Datenfehlern, um Genauigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Konsistenz sicherzustellen.
- System- und Schnittstellenmanagement; Pflege und Überwachung der Datenflüsse zwischen ERP-, PIM- und anderen Systemen zur Sicherstellung konsistenter Produktinformationen.
- Reporting und Analyse; Erstellung von Datenqualitäts-Reports und Analyse von Fehlerquellen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktdaten.
- Schulung und Support; Unterstützung und Schulung von Fachabteilungen bei Stammdatenprozessen, Standards und Systemanwendungen
- Knowledge in handling PDM systems (PRO.FILE), ERP systems (AP+), PIM systems (Perfion)
- German (C2 or better)
- English (B2 or better)
- IT affinity
- Experience in setting up an optimized data management process, from article creation to data availability
- Setup of a digital twin
- Product knowledge about the HUMMEL portfolio
