Product Data Manager

• Higher education in a technical field, IT or similar;
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product data management, product management, e-commerce, or related fields;
• Experience with PIM, ERP, CRM, databases, and e-commerce platforms;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, rigor, and quality orientation;
• Capacity for organization and prioritization, analysis, reporting, and problem-solving;
• Excellent communication and interdepartmental collaboration skills;
• Proactivity, result-oriented, and initiative in process improvement;
• Middle-level English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).

• Gathering, validating, centralizing, maintaining, and updating product data (names, descriptions, codes, technical characteristics, images, prices, discounts, etc.) from suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams;
• Ensuring the coherence and accuracy of data in all company systems (ERP, e-commerce, CRM);
• Creating and managing product categories to facilitate navigation and search;

• Defining, documenting, and optimizing processes for managing product data;
• Developing and optimizing the necessary infrastructure for collecting, storing, and analyzing data to ensure optimal performance;
• Collaborating with the IT team to integrate the data management platform with other systems (CRM, e-commerce, etc.);
• Identifying and implementing new technological solutions for optimizing data management processes and automating workflows for introducing and updating product data;
• Defining and aligning data-related objectives with the company's overall strategy.

• Closely collaborating with product management, IT, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to introduce new products, manage their life cycle, and ensure accurate logistical and commercial information;
• Supporting the marketing team by providing accurate and complete information for campaigns, catalogs, and promotional materials;
• Ensuring access to updated and relevant data for sales teams;
• Facilitating communication and alignment between departments to avoid data inconsistencies.

• Maintaining the quality and integrity of data (completeness, accuracy, consistency, actuality);
• Defining and implementing standards and validation rules for product data;
• Identifying gaps, anomalies, and errors in data sets – correcting and preventing them;
• Creating and maintaining data standards and organizational governance policies;
• Training internal teams on good practices in data administration.

• Creating reports and dashboards on product data quality and structure;
• Offering solutions for optimizing the product portfolio and business processes;
• Reporting periodically to management on data completeness and quality indicators;
• Providing analytical support for special projects (e.g., marketing campaigns, platform migrations);
• Maintaining performance metrics for products based on data, analyzing key metrics, and adjusting strategies for continuous improvement;
• Analyzing data to identify trends, models, and correlations that can be used in decision-making related to products.
