About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager, Data Product, to lead the strategy, roadmap, design, and continuous evolution of data products supporting Mi Clip Wallet. This role will translate business and operational needs into scalable, reliable, and actionable data solutions for Fintech use cases such as payments, acquiring, digital wallets, user growth, compliance, and operations.
This is a hybrid Product Management and hands-on analytics role. In addition to owning product vision, discovery, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, delivery, and adoption, the Product Manager will actively work with data to define KPIs, build and maintain dashboards, conduct analysis, validate hypotheses, and translate insights into product decisions.
What will you do?
- Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization framework for Mi Clip’s data products, aligning them with Consumer Wallet and broader business objectives.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from problem definition and requirements analysis through solution design, prototyping, development, launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
- Partner with technical teams to translate product vision into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, data requirements, dependencies, delivery plans, and quality controls.
- Ensure that data products meet applicable privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across operating markets by working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams, while measuring product adoption, data quality, business impact, and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Analysis of product performance.
- Excel knowledge and Data Analysis; it means knowing how to make a case with data and SQL querying and understanding attribution problems are all essential.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to extract actionable insights
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
- Experience working with international, distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, actuarial science, finance or engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced english
