Product Data Analyst - Temporary

We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to support our new chatbot project - an important initiative aimed at reducing customer contacts by helping customers as well as possible.

As an Analyst, you are responsible for translating data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making, and improving customer experience through the chatbot. You play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, measuring impact, and continuously optimizing performance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing user interactions and performance data to discover improvement opportunities for the chatbot;
• Setting up and maintaining dashboards to track important statistics and trends;
• Designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests to support product decisions;
• Being responsible for the cost calculation process to measure the number of customer cases prevented by chatbot initiatives;
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to support data-driven product development.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights;
• Experience working on conversational AI or chatbot products;
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks;
• Familiarity with building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar programs;
• Comfortable managing entire analytical processes from start to finish;
• Passionate about improving customer experiences through data.

A fun assignment of 32 hours per week in Utrecht at a large e-commerce company. The start date is as soon as possible, and the assignment runs until the end of the year.
