Job description

  • Prior working knowledge of Markets and Securities Services operations
  • At least two years of project delivery experience, preferably in data quality and governance
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and business transformation frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify patterns and resolve complex data issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
  • Delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Part-qualified accountant status is desirable

About the Role

Our client is a leading global financial services organisation with a significant presence in Poland. They're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Product Control division in Krakow, supporting critical regulatory compliance work. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in financial services, working on high-impact projects whilst building relationships across international teams.

Position Overview

You'll support the Product Control Change Manager by producing high-quality project analysis and documentation that ensures regulatory compliance across trading operations. Your work will focus on analysing P&L data exceptions, improving governance processes, and managing the resolution of data quality issues through clear documentation and testing. You'll collaborate closely with Finance, IT and Traded Risk teams to confirm requirements, resolve exceptions and hand back clearly documented processes to the business. This role is central to maintaining compliance standards and supporting the smooth operation of trading desks across Europe.
