Product Content Managment Manager (m/w/d) - E-Commerce

Holz-Richter is one of the leading wood trading companies for high-quality home and garden products. For our successful online shop casando, we are building a new Product Content Management Team (PCMT). Here everything revolves around the qualitative refinement and optimization of product contents, so that customers can make the best possible purchasing decision.

Aufgaben

• Optimization & Refinement of Product You prepare existing product information in a high-quality manner, add missing details, and ensure that content is understandable, precise, and sales-promoting.
• Design of Informative and Convincing Product Listings: You structure product pages logically and user-friendly, provide all decision-relevant information, and ensure a clear and uniform representation.
• Maintenance and Further Development of Product Attributes: You define and maintain attributes such as dimensions, materials, or variants, ensure data quality, and ensure that filters and comparison functions work optimally.
• Quality Control & Standardization: You check content for completeness, consistency, and correctness, standardize terms and structures, and ensure compliance with defined content standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with our product managers, the product data team, UX, SEO, editorial staff, and marketplaces to develop content standards further and harmonize them across channels.

Qualification

• Degree or comparable training in E-Commerce, Marketing, Media/Communication, Content Management, Business Informatics, etc.
• Experience in Content Management, E-Commerce, or optimizing product information is a plus point
• Very good German writing and expression skills, as well as an eye for a sales-promoting online product representation
• Analytical thinking, meticulous work style, and sense of structure and data logic
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge in PIM-, CMS- or Shop-Systems is an advantage
