You will be responsible for defining product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the IMA storage solutions market. Key Responsibilities * Product Strategy and Planning: * Develop and implement product strategies aligned with overall business objectives. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends. * Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product lifecycle. * Product Management: * Manage the product portfolio, ensuring products meet market demands and achieve sales targets. * Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market. * Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes. * Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: * Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities. * Analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry regulations. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IMA storage solutions market. * Cross-functional Collaboration: * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations. * Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders. * Act as a product evangelist, promoting products and their benefits. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in product management, preferably in the storage solutions industry. * Strong understanding of the Industrial, Medical, or Automotive markets. * Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with product lifecycle management.
