Product & Brand Development Trainee - (Islas Baleares)

Companies: Meliá Hotels International Product & Brand Development Trainee Mission of the position We are looking for someone who will join the Product & Brand Development team of centralized brands, providing support in the development, implementation, and follow-up of standards, tools, and strategic brand projects. This is a formative position, aimed at providing a transversal vision of brand development and management in a corporate environment, actively participating in initiatives and projects that contribute to the growth and recognition of the company's brands. Responsibilities: • Support the development and implementation of brand standards and guidelines, • Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand assets (logos, typography, color palettes, etc.), • Participate in the analysis and evaluation of market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand strategies, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with brand objectives, • Provide administrative support to the Product & Brand Development team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related field, • Strong understanding of brand development and management principles, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset.
