Product Assistant

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in conducting local user interviews in Mexico, including user invitations, interview communication, on-site assistance, recording and organization, and feedback summarization.

2. Help the headquarters team understand users' real usage scenarios, product experience, borrowing needs, repayment habits, competitor usage, and product pain points.

3. Cooperate with the headquarters to complete local research tasks such as user research, customer callbacks, questionnaire communication, and offline observation.

4. Participate in market research on payday loans, consumer finance, payments, repayment methods, competitor apps, user acquisition, and promotion channels.

5. Organize user feedback and research information, and output verbatim user quotes, key issues, competitor information, and product suggestions.

6. Assist the headquarters in connecting with local cooperation resources in Mexico, including offline promotion partners, service providers, user recruitment resources, offline venue resources, promotion resources, and payment/life services related partners.

7. Assist in maintaining local cooperation resource information, including partner materials, contact persons, cooperation directions, communication status, and subsequent follow-up items.

8. Participate in cooperation projects such as local channel cooperation, offline promotion, and user recruitment, and assist in completing meeting arrangements, material preparation, information synchronization, process follow-up, and execution feedback.

9. Assist in communication between the headquarters and local partners, including requirement transmission, material translation, process explanation, progress synchronization, problem feedback, and meeting minutes organization.

10. In accordance with the headquarters' requirements, support the process matters in the promotion of local cooperation matters, including collection of cooperation materials, confirmation of basic information, organization of execution feedback, on-site coordination, and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

1. Fluency in both Spanish and Chinese is required, capable of using them as working languages. Background as a student studying abroad in Mexico is preferred.

2. Ability to independently complete Spanish user interviews, communication with local partners, coordination of offline meetings, and daily business communication.

3. Ability to communicate efficiently with the headquarters team in Chinese, accurately synchronizing user feedback, market information, cooperation resources, and task progress.

4. 3-5 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Experience in user interviews, market research, local operations, business development, channel cooperation, project coordination, or business support is preferred.

5. Based in Mexico City or long-term resident in Mexico, familiar with local user habits, living environment, and basic business environment.

6. Possess good user communication skills, able to make users express themselves comfortably and ask natural follow-up questions based on their answers.

7. Possess local collaboration and execution support capabilities, able to cooperate with the headquarters to promote process matters in local projects such as offline cooperation, channel cooperation, and offline promotion cooperation.

8. Have a user perspective and a business perspective, able to discover product issues, cooperation opportunities, and business leads from user feedback and market information.

9. Meticulous work ethic and strong execution ability, able to complete interview recordings, material organization, resource list maintenance, information synchronization, and cross-time zone collaboration.

10. Familiarity with payday loans, consumer finance, FinTech, payments, credit products, or Chinese outbound business is preferred.
