Product Analyst

We have the largest network of bus operators and satisfied customers booking upto 250,000 transactions a day through mobile and desktop channels. With over 150,000 live routes in multiple continents we host the largest inventory of bus seats from private bus operators and state road transport corporations. We are a true Indian MNC with global presence and operations spanning across India, SEA & LATAM. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a talented Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing insights that drive business decisions. Key responsibilities include: * Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies based on insights from data analysis. * Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on findings from data analysis. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
