Product Analyst

Role Overview: We’re looking for a Product Analyst who turns customer behaviour into better product decisions. This role focuses on understanding how users engage, where they drop off, and what drives retention and revenue. You will partner with Product, Data, Engineering and Business teams to ensure we build what truly moves the needle — not just what’s requested. Responsibilities: Define and track key product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization) Identify growth opportunities through data analysis. Partner with product managers to prioritize product improvements and new features. Design and analyze A/B tests to assess the impact of product changes. Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in product analytics or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc.). Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus points: Experience with A/B testing platforms.
