Responsibilities and Tasks of the Function:

  • The professional will be responsible for managing the portfolio of accessories for various Stellantis group brands in South America, ensuring the fulfillment of deadlines, quality, and cost targets. Accompanying the complete cycle of accessories, from planning to implementation, in synergy with product engineers and global areas.

Main responsibilities:

  • Definition of deadlines and manufacturing costs for accessories;

  • Management of the budget, R&D, and project schedule;

  • Accompaniment of technical implementation of accessories with the engineering team;

  • Monitoring of manufacturing processes and analysis of planned vs. realized;

  • Participation in management meetings with global teams to align new projects.

We are looking for a profile with strong project management capabilities, ability to work integrated with multifunctional and international teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Completed superior education, mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Experience: 6 months or similar functions
  • Analytical ability and problem-solving capacity. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Flexibility to handle changes and unexpected events. Proactivity and ability to work in dynamic and high-pressure environments.


Complementary Qualifications

Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.
