Procurement Team Leader

We are hiring a Procurement Team Leader with strong expertise in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes to support their Shared Services operations across the Americas. This is a key leadership role within a growing Shared Services Center (SSC), focused on driving process optimization, and operational excellence in procurement. Key Responsibilities Lead the rollout and adoption of regional P2P initiatives across the Shared Services organization. Optimize guided buying channels, ERP catalogs, and procurement processes to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Procurement teams, Finance teams, and other business partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements, and implement changes that drive efficiency and cost savings. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of P2P initiatives. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to optimize processes. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Procurement team. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to ensure effective use of resources. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and recommendations for process improvements. Ensure that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of procurement processes, policies, and procedures across the Americas. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Ensure that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
