Procurement & Supply Chain Manager Who We Are Terra Energy is building the most efficient, scalable residential solar platform in the country. We move fast, we execute, and we remove friction from the traditional solar model. Our operations depend on having the right equipment in the right place at the right time — every week. The Role Terra is hiring an internal Procurement Lead to own procurement across all major equipment categories, including solar panels, inverters, batteries (as applicable) and other necessary materials. This role will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply chain management. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with Terra's business objectives. • Source and procure equipment and materials in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure best value for the company. • Manage relationships with existing suppliers, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement processes are integrated with other business functions. • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement decisions. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers, including their capabilities, pricing, and delivery times. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
