Procurement Specialist

How will you make a difference?

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a central role in managing purchasing activities and ensuring timely material availability for ongoing production and customer orders. You will be responsible for supplier communication, order execution monitoring, stock level oversight, and evaluating supplier performance. Your contribution will help maintain operational stability, optimize supply chain efficiency, and strengthen relationships with both domestic and international suppliers.

What do we want to know about you?

• You have completed higher education — preferably in Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• You have minimum 3 years experience
• You possess strong English language skills (spoken and written); German knowledge is an additional advantage
• You bring experience from a similar position within a manufacturing environment working with international partners
• You work autonomously, take initiative, and demonstrate proactive problem‑solving
• You have strong analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy

What will your typical day look like?

• Placing orders with suppliers and supervising their execution
• Ensuring availability of components needed to fulfil customer orders based on production plans
• Monitoring delivery dates and stock levels
• Cooperating with domestic and foreign suppliers
• Working closely with the transport and production planning departments
• Monitoring timely execution of orders
• Conducting supplier evaluations in accordance with internal procedures
