Your challenge as Procurement Specialist at Wehkamp Retail Group:

You are the motor behind a smart and efficient procurement policy. You'll get direct responsibility and the freedom to leave your mark. This means concretely:

• You set the lines out: You breathe in the procurement roadmap and are the proactive driving force behind all procurement activities within your categories.
• Strategic partner & advisor: You're the go-to person for the business. Colleagues knock on your door for advice on contracts, supplier choices, and new procurement projects. You signal opportunities, asked and unasked!
• Deal maker pur sang: You lead complex contract negotiations from A to Z. You closely monitor the process, effortlessly switch between Business, Legal, Finance, and suppliers, and bring in the best deals.
• Optimization expert: Weekly, you dive into the details with internal stakeholders. Together, you fine-tune the service delivery, realize smart cost savings, and chase continuous improvement.
• Order on things: A watertight administration is crucial. You ensure that all contract agreements and details are faultlessly and up-to-date in our contract database – the foundation for success!
• Vision and Impact: After internal approval, you report with conviction the final contract proposals.
• Tough negotiator, even in challenges: You play a key role in preventing and solving any contractual disputes that may arise.
