About the Role We are looking for a versatile and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee our diverse indirect spend categories, ensuring optimal procurement processes, effective supplier relationships, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with ScitiX's business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement initiatives, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing costs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering trust, transparency, and mutual benefits. • Design and execute procurement processes that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions and drive value creation. • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track procurement performance and identify areas for improvement. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to continuously improve procurement processes and outcomes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably in the technology industry. • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective procurement strategies that drive value creation and cost savings. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience with procurement software, systems, and tools; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) a plus.
