Procurement Sourcing Professional - Brazil

Introduction We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented a trilingual Strategic Sourcing Professional to join our team in Latin America. This position will be responsible for executing complex deals in multiple locations and coordinating regional requirements for Services demands in LATAM. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the LATAM market, a proven track record in procurement, and excellent negotiation skills. Your role and responsibilities * Develop and implement procurement strategies for services in LATAM, aligned with global and regional objectives. * Lead sourcing initiatives, including RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ), negotiations, and contract execution, ensuring best value for the company. * Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and Business stakeholders. * Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for cost savings, and mitigate risks. * Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards. * Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures. * Provide regular reporting on procurement activities and performance metrics. * Identify, manage and mitigate key business and contractual risks. * Drive standardization and simplification across sourcing activities and contracts. * Facilitate trainings to stakeholders on procurement processes and tools. What you'll bring * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. * Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken). * Proven experience in negotiating and managing contracts for services. * Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and best practices. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of the LATAM market and business environment. * Experience with e-procurement systems and tools. * Experience in the IT Services category is a plus.
