Procurement & Sourcing Consultant - Resources Sector (all genders)

Your Mission

As Procurement & Sourcing Consultant, you advise decision-makers in the Resources sector technologically and organizationally. You design digital procurement and sourcing models, accompany transformation programs end-to-end, and anchor sustainability in processes and organizations.

Tasks

• Design digital procurement and sourcing solutions
  You analyze existing procurement and sourcing processes, conceptualize future models, and develop innovative, digital solutions along the entire value chain.
• Advise clients comprehensively
  You accompany organizations in the Resources sector from strategic planning to operational implementation and successful introduction.
• Take responsibility in projects
  You lead (part) project teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure the quality and sustainable success of your work results.
• Anchor sustainability and social impact
  You integrate sustainability aspects into procurement and decision-making processes and actively contribute to setting up organizations for the future in a responsible manner.

Qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing or tendering, ideally in the Resources-, Infrastructure- or Public-Sector environment
• Experience in consulting or complex project environments with multiple stakeholders
• Fundamental knowledge of procurement-, tendering- and contract processes as well as a good understanding of regulatory framework conditions
• Analytical and conceptual strength, as well as the ability to develop structured and implementable solutions
• Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking
