Procurement & Sourcing Consultant - Infrastructure (all genders)

Your Mission

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you advise decision-makers in the infrastructure sector strategically and operationally.
You develop modern procurement and sourcing approaches – from analysis to implementation and sustainable integration into organizations.

You develop innovative solutions that enable our clients to realize their needs efficiently, digitally, and sustainably.

Tasks

• Develop modern procurement strategies
  You analyze existing purchasing and tender processes, develop innovative solutions, and create strategic and operational procurement documents.
• Take responsibility in projects
  You steer (part-)project teams, are the point of contact for clients, and ensure quality and project success.
• Promote transformation in the infrastructure sector
  You support our clients in establishing digital, sustainable, and efficient procurement processes.

Qualification

• A completed degree (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or comparable) and several years of relevant work experience in infrastructure projects, consulting, or project management
• Fundamental experience in procurement/sourcing of infrastructure projects or contract & claim management (including tenders, bidding, negotiations, bid evaluation)
• Experience in customer-oriented roles or consulting, with a confident demeanor when dealing with stakeholders
• Outstanding communication and analytical skills, as well as passion for digital transformation in the infrastructure field
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) and interest in legal and regulatory framework conditions
