Procurement Solutions Manager (Deployment)

As a Procurement Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions within Roche Procurement. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, configure the S2P platform, and ensure successful adoption and utilization. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the deployment of S2P solutions, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support. * Collaborate with business users, IT, and vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines. * Configure and customize the S2P platform to meet business needs, including workflows, approval processes, and data integrations. * Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the S2P solution. * Provide training and support to end-users to drive adoption and ensure effective utilization of the S2P platform. * Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with S2P deployments. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and S2P solutions. Who You Are * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology). * 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field. * Proven experience with the deployment and implementation of S2P solutions, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Jaggaer. * Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and accounts payable. * Experience with system configuration, testing, and user training. * Excellent project management and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of relevant procurement regulations and compliance requirements. * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
