Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, solid supply chain management experience, and excellent analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to forecast material and equipment needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential risks and opportunities in the supply chain.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in similar role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale procurement activities and supplier negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
