Ideal Candidate
ManpowerGroup Romania is searching for a skilled Procurement Manager to support one of our key clients in integrating cutting-edge technological solutions.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field;
At least 5 years of solid experience in procurement, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or coordination role;
Very good command of English (both written and spoken);
Strong expertise in developing procurement strategies, leading negotiations, conducting financial assessments, and evaluating suppliers;
Hands-on experience in contract management, risk assessment, compliance, and cost optimization;
A proactive leader with a results-driven mindset, able to thrive in dynamic environments;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Description
Develop and implement procurement plans within approved budgets;
Negotiate terms and pricing to obtain the best conditions from suppliers;
Monitor expenditures and optimize costs without compromising quality;
Evaluate supplier performance and build long-term strategic relationships;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation;
Identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvement solutions;
Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve operational objectives.
