Procurement Manager- Hospitality construction

Role Purpose • The job is to ensure assisting Snr Manager – Purchase in procurement of products and services in line with the company’s policies, standards and goals. Assist in negotiations and finalization of product, services, commercials and thru. reporting periodically on various matters as required by AVP Purchase. Ensuring adherence to Standards in terms of Cost, Quality, Product, Aesthetics, Innovations, Functionality etc. Duties & Responsibilities Ø Preparation of documents for floating tenders, RFQs, RFPs, etc. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and products. • Assist in evaluating and selecting the best suppliers based on criteria such as quality, price, delivery time, etc. • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and terms. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for procurement. • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities. • Provide regular reports to AVP Purchase on procurement activities and progress. • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
