Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities：

1. Develop and implement regional procurement strategies for Southeast Asia and Australia, aligning with company goals.
2. Manage end-to-end procurement processes for delivery-related projects, including sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
3. Ensure on-time delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting performance evaluations and mitigating risks.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, operations, finance) to streamline procurement workflows.
6. Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and regional regulations to inform decision-making.
7. Resolve procurement-related issues, such as delays, quality concerns, or contractual disputes. 8. Prepare regular reports on procurement metrics (e.g., cost savings, supplier performance, delivery timelines).

Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Approximately 5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, with a focus on delivery operations.
3. Fluency in Chinese, and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
4. Proven experience in managing procurement for Korea and Southeast Asia markets.
5. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Proficiency in procurement software/tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
