Tasks

• You are responsible for the setup and optimization of the entire procurement process from raw materials and finished goods.
• You establish new supplier relationships and build on existing ones.
• You are responsible for operational procurement – from placing orders (POs) to ensuring timely delivery (ETA) to checking and processing invoices.
• In your responsibility falls the management of service levels and delivery performance, including planning and total cost analysis.
• You organize and optimize processes on a strategic and operational level.
• As a Digital Native, you use all available digital systems effortlessly. Your Excel analysis knowledge is at expert level.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field; alternatively, equivalent vocational training.
• You possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, ideally in the startup or management and strategy consulting sector.
• Your negotiation talent is remarkable – you can assert yourself and remain fair.
• You are resilient and highly motivated, work structured, and are a true team player.
• You communicate persuasively and sovereignly, both in German and English, and have a fixed residence in Berlin.
