Procurement Executive (Contract)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities, focusing heavily on order fulfillment and supply chain continuity. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking orders, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all commodities and services are delivered on time in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for supplies and services related to assigned commodities, with a core focus on efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor and drive order confirmations through the procurement system, following up closely strict adherence to delivery timelines.
• Proactively source for alternatives suppliers when required to mitigate risks and ensure smooth, uninterrupted business operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact to liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders/ vendors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to resolve delivery discrepancies or delays swiftly
• Ensure all procurement activities strictly comply with corporate policies, governance standards, and internal guidelines
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent procurement certifications will be highly advantageous.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in hospitality, F&B procurement, supply chain or order fulfillment
• Proficiency in procurement/ERP system, Ariba knowledge and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of urgency
