Procurement Delivery Specialist (J51896)

Key Responsibilities: Planning & Inventory Management: Formulate and execute procurement plans based on production schedules; dynamically manage inventory to balance supply security with inventory level control. End-to-End Delivery Execution: Independently manage the full process from purchase order (PO) to arrival; drive international transportation and Mexico customs clearance; resolve delivery anomalies promptly to ensure on-time warehousing. Supplier Management & Development: Monitor existing suppliers, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize their performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve procurement goals. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze key metrics such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including production planning, logistics, and warehousing teams, to ensure seamless execution of procurement plans. Communication & Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports to keep stakeholders informed about procurement activities, progress, and results.
