Procurement & Category Specialist (m/w/d)

in full-time for our headquarters in Baesweiler.

Aufgaben

Operativer Einkauf & Sortimentssteuerung

• Take over the responsibility for portfolio design: regular analysis, evaluation, and optimization of our product portfolios
• Carry out operational procurement: demand determination, supplier selection, negotiations, and ensuring optimal inventory availability
• Create fundamental procurement recommendations based on market, competition, and trend analyses

Preis- & Marktsteuerung

• SUPPORT strategic pricing and implement price strategies operationally
• Maintain and optimize product representation on relevant marketplaces and price portals

Prozessoptimierung & Digitalisierung

• Work closely with the development department to further develop and automate internal procurement tools
• Identify potential for efficiency gains and implement corresponding measures

Sortimentspflege & Cross-Selling

• Ensure consistent and high-quality product data
• Analyze portfolios and identify suitable additional products to expand geographically

Qualifikation

• You have a successfully completed commercial education or a completed degree in the commercial field
• You bring 3-5 years of experience in procurement, ideally from an IT or trading company
• You are confident in handling MS Office applications
• You convince through negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and organizational talent
• You work independently, structured, and result-oriented
• You have very good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
• A high affinity to digital processes and automation rounds out your profile
