Good German and English skills, IT knowledge in the SAP and MS Office 365 areas
Trustworthiness, engagement, self-responsibility, team and communication skills
Quality and cost awareness as well as a exemplary appearance

Your tasks: Independent demand determination and ensuring material flow using SAP
Timely ordering process for raw materials, goods, etc. and processing
Assistance in planning, controlling, and optimizing procurement processes
Support the QS department in handling complaints
Support central accounting and departments to enable timely payments according to internal guidelines
Obtaining prices for defined external semi-finished products, goods, and services including supplier selection
Negotiating delivery contracts
Maintaining personnel records including requesting new suppliers
Efficient cooperation with all departments including international procurement taking into account existing laws, norms, and company guidelines.
