Procurement Analyst in Energy Sector

Main responsibilities Participate in supplier evaluations, including analyzing supplier proposals, conducting negotiations, and making supplier recommendations. Monitor supplier performance, including delivery times, quality, and adherence to contract terms. Assist in the development and improvement of procurement processes, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Provide support to the procurement team as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Analyze market trends and make recommendations for future procurement strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Assist in the development of procurement reports and dashboards. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
