Processoperator

As a process operator in Putten, you will work together with your colleagues to ensure that the production process runs optimally. You will receive an alternating job in 5-shift service, working with modern installations and earning a salary up to €4750,- gross per month for a 36-hour workweek, including shift allowance.

As a process operator, you play a central role in the production process. You operate the installations, monitor the process, and intervene promptly when deviations occur. Small disruptions are resolved independently, and you perform quality controls to ensure high standards. You ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment and work according to the guidelines of GMP, HACCP, Arbo, and environmental regulations. During shift handovers, you discuss progress, safety, and production volumes with your colleagues and actively think about improvements to make the process more efficient.

This full-time position is performed in 5-shift service, with an average workweek of 33.6 hours.

Our client is a leading producer in the food industry and supplies high-quality milk powders that are used worldwide in applications such as baby food, sports nutrition, and clinical uses. The production location in Putten is the youngest and most versatile factory of the organization. Here, various milk powders are produced in smaller batches, including goat's milk and biological variants. • MBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of technology or process industry;
• Experience as (process) operator is a plus;
