Process Worker/Assembler

Recruitment Select is currently seeking mechanically and electrically minded individuals to join our large, well-known manufacturing client based in Benalla.

This role will commence on a casual six-month contract (full-time hours required), with the potential for permanent full-time positions in the future. Working hours may vary between day shift (6:00am-2:15pm) and afternoon shift (2:00pm-10:00pm). Training will be conducted on the day shift, so flexibility across both shifts is essential.

Wages will be negotiated based on experience. Candidates with licensed electrical qualifications or a relevant degree in mechanics/electrical will be eligible for higher pay rates. This is a hands-on role so you will re required to use hand/power tools confidently, on your own and assemble products.

Responsibilities may include:

• Refurbishment of transformers, kiosks, and switchgear
• Assembly of electrical products
• Switchboard assembly
• Running conduits
• Testing cables and final products
• Relocating and installing data outlets
• Cable pulling and running
• Wiring

This is entirely indoor work-no outdoor or confined-space tasks are required.
