RPO Recruitment’s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Process Plant Engineer to join their team in Hotazel, Northern Cape. Responsibilities: Monitor compliance to; MHS Act of 1996 and Regulations and, Internal Mine; COP'S, SOP's, Managerial instructions, and other legislative requirements as deemed necessary by the company. Leads and manages end-to-end detailed analysis of work processes, master data, and organization design to identify inefficiencies in the execution of tasks, processes, and systems. Develops and implements process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Provides technical guidance and support to team members. Conducts root cause analysis for incidents and develops corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintains accurate records of all activities, including incident reports, process documentation, and training materials. Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provides technical support and guidance to team members on the implementation of new processes and systems. Conducts regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and develops proposals for implementation. Develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the organization's processes, systems, and procedures. Provides training and coaching to team members on process improvements and best practices. Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion. Performs other duties as required.
