Process Performance Improvement Leader VIE Contract Location: Belgium, Geel Target start date: 01/04/2026 iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered. The iMove Program aims to provide young professionals with the opportunity to gain international experience while working on projects that contribute to the growth and development of Sanofi's business. As a Process Performance Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across various functions within Sanofi. Your main tasks will include: • Analyzing processes and identifying areas for improvement; • Developing and implementing process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders; • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented changes; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into daily operations. You will be working closely with various departments, including Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in process improvement initiatives. A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of French is an asset.
