Process Operator – Zeagold Nutrition | Spartan Road

Zeagold Nutrition is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Process Operator to join our team based at Spartan Road.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating processing and filling equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.

• Operating egg breaking machines to process raw eggs into liquid egg products
• Operating filling machines to pack finished products into appropriate packaging
• Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality
• Completing start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Completing production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following cleaning and sanitation procedures (CIP/COP) for equipment and work areas
