Your tasks: Manual transfer of new cases in the area of accident protection and private protection from
Reviewing the activity list, setting up new cases and entering relevant information (e.g. patient data, diagnoses, contact details)
Checking incoming documents at the partial damage level and capturing the required data
Careful documentation and maintenance of data in the corresponding systems
Support with general administrative tasks in case management

Your profile: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
First work experience in a similar position
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Independent, structured, and meticulous working style
High reliability and team ability
