Process Management Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a Process Management Specialist to lead the mapping, management and optimisation of business processes that support system usage and digital initiatives. You’ll work with SMEs, process owners, and project teams to ensure processes are efficient, well‑governed, and ready to scale with Synlait’s evolving needs.

You’ll provide up‑to‑date process documentation, promote best‑practice process management, and champion the use of process management tool (Signavio) across the organisation.

Key responsibilities of this role include..

  • Model and update business processes for digital projects and enhancements.

  • Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to review, improve, and document processes.

  • Identify optimisation opportunities and support implementation of improvements.

  • Provide process governance and maintain accurate process documentation.

  • Coach Process Owners and SMEs to lift process management capability.

  • Administer and support process management tool (Signavio), templates, standards, and configurations.

  • Develop and deliver training and resources on effective process management.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: 

  • 3–5 years’ experience in process management, business analysis, or digital transformation.

  • Proficient in process modelling (BPMN 2.0) and tools such as Signavio.

  • Skilled at analysing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.

  • Experience supporting or training end‑users in process management tools or practices.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Knowledge of improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, IWS).

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience; BPM certification advantageous.
