Process & Maintenance Technician

1.- Performs preventive-corrective actions, activates equipment, conducts checklists, maintenance standards, and records in different systems.

2.- Diagnoses, contains, and corrects failures.

3.- Interprets electrical and pneumatic diagrams to solve failures.

4.- Knows and meets maintenance KPI's (TTA, MTTR, MTBF).

5.- Manages spare parts for failure resolution

6.- Knows and monitors production goals, bottlenecks, and cycle times (OEE) to take actions that lead to meeting the goals.

7.- Performs model changes and set-ups on production lines.

8. Will perform autonomous maintenance and set-ups in the production line

9. Will train the operator in autonomous maintenance

10. Define and train the operator in activities to be performed in autonomous maintenance

11. Define and train on daily failures that the operator will resolve

12.Generate a resolution of equipment failure report for the operator

13. Release LUPS realized in Autonomous Maintenance

14. Close red anomaly cards 15. Support the operator to implement Kaizen when applicable.

16. Knows and applies quality criteria in production lines (Pokayokes, IPC).

17. Knows product specifications to perform necessary activities at the start of a serial production line (visual aids, parameter sheet, checklists)

18. Participates in solving failure and defect problems using continuous improvement methodologies.

19. Generates ideas for process improvements (kaizen).

20. Supports operations on the production line.
