My client is an internationally oriented company from the financial services sector, actively shaping its digital future – with modern technologies, clear processes, and a culture that fosters innovation and further development. For the Cologne location, I am looking for a motivated personality who, together with two other team members, will shape the organization sustainably.

Sought is an independent, structured, and at the same time team-oriented personality who enjoys developing processes, introducing new tools, and driving innovation forward.

Important note: This role requires fluency in both German and English, as both languages are used daily. Applications from candidates without strong skills in both languages unfortunately cannot be considered.

Aufgaben

• Impulse für Innovation & Digitalisierung setzen: You bring ideas, observe technological trends, and develop concrete solution concepts.
• Prozesse analysieren und neu denken: You transform complex workflows into efficient, transparent, and scalable structures with clear optimization potential.
• Neue Tools & Technologien bewerten: KI-Ansätze, Automatisierung, modern platforms – you evaluate options and develop sustainable concepts for digital further development.
• Workshops & Ideensessions moderieren: You design formats in which teams jointly develop new solutions.
• Innovations- und Digitalisierungsprojekte steuern: From the idea to the rollout, you take responsibility for content, implementation, and results.
• Use Cases definieren & bewerten: You analyze business requirements, describe application cases clearly, and evaluate utility, efficiency, and relevance.
• Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit stärken: You ensure structure, transparency, and clear communication between departments and stakeholders.

Qualifikation

Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation: Study of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Berufserfahrung: Experience in process design, process optimization, or in the innovation/digitalization field – ideally with IT reference or from a dynamic, technological environment
• Arbeitsweise & Skills:
• Very good understanding of process chains
• Analytical, conceptual, and structured thinking
• Moderation strength and secure communication
• Freedom to visualize, ideate, and team-oriented collaboration
