Process & Formulation Lead - FMCG

RPO Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a leading FMCG company in the search for a talented Process & Formulation Lead. Our client is committed to delivering high-quality products and is seeking an experienced individual to lead process development and formulation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development and optimization for new and existing products.
• Formulate and test new products based on customer requirements and market trends.
• Oversee scale-up and transfer of formulations to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for product development.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in formulation and process technology.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience (5+ years) in process development and formulation in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of formulation techniques and process optimization.
• Experience in product scale-up and transfer to production.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Experience with formulation software and tools is a plus.
