Process Excellence Transformation Leader* (m/w/d)
Job description
You bring Lean expertise with at least Green Belt, ideally Black Belt, and are looking for a role with real impact and design space? In this position, you will be responsible for introducing and implementing Lean methods at the Luckenwalde location - with the perspective of also supporting other German locations.
What's expected of you
- Lead and support Lean initiatives in various departments with a focus on sustainable process improvement
- Promote safety standards and 5S through preventive measures and regular audits
- Analyze processes and value streams, develop standards and optimize workflows
- Define and monitor KPIs, visualize progress in dashboards and lead Kaizen workshops
- Steer optimization projects and work closely with stakeholders and the finance department
- Coach teams and leaders, conduct Lean training sessions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
