About the role As a Process Excellence Service Delivery Manager, you will make an impact by driving continuous improvement and operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will be a valued member of our Process Excellence team, collaborating closely with operations, transition, training, and client stakeholders to optimize quality, efficiency, and customer value across multiple engagements. In this role, you will: Lead high-impact process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote process excellence and standardization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and track their effectiveness. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on process performance. Manage the end-to-end service delivery for process excellence initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest process improvement methodologies and best practices. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proven experience in process improvement and service delivery management. Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience leading process improvement projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Project management experience. Experience with data analysis and reporting.
