Job Description: We are looking for a Process Engineer who will be responsible for designing and developing new process technologies and optimizing existing ones to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality control to ensure the successful implementation of new processes. Responsibilities: * Design and develop new process technologies and optimize existing ones to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality control to ensure the successful implementation of new processes; * Conduct experiments and simulations to validate process designs and identify potential improvements; * Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures, protocols, and training materials; * Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues and optimize processes to minimize waste and improve efficiency; * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and products. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; * At least 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the heat exchanger industry; * Strong understanding of process design, optimization, and control principles; * Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools such as COMSOL or ANSYS; * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
